First Degree Reiki

This is a certified course that runs for one full day or two half days.

2007 Workshop Dates

The fee of £100 includes your manual, certificate, lunch and all refreshments on the day.

At this level you will receive 4 attunements to the Usui system of Reiki Natural Healing. This enables you to give healing to yourself and to volunteer friends and family. When using Reiki at First Degree, you are healing on a physical level only. When you lay your hands on yourself or onto another person/plant/animal, you are channeling the Reiki Energy. When you remove your hands, The Reiki Energy is no longer being channeled.
