An Introduction to Natural Healing

This is an introduction course, and no attunements are given.

This short course runs for 4 hours and the fee of £55 includes refreshments and handouts.

     This is a relaxing and uplifting day where you learn about Universal Life Energy and how to channel it. You will be shown Hands on Healing techniques for personal use and benefit, and you will get the opportunity to practice on yourself and also in pairs.

You will experience guided visualisations that will create a relaxed feeling.

By the end of the course you can expect to:  

·        Know about the origins of Reiki

·        Know about the uses of Reiki

·        Know about the next levels of Reiki

·        Be able to give yourself a natural healing treatment

·        Be able to use guided visualisations for meditation

·        Feel more relaxed
